rename the file as recovery den run the below givn cmmd to flash the recovery

place to sd card 

boot yur mob into recovery mode 

flash the rom

if yu face bootloop after flash the rom extarct boot.img from rom flash via fastboot

commnd : fastboot flash boot boot.img
