On your computer download the update from here; then download Google apps package from here.

Save both files on desktop.

Don’t unzip the downloaded files.

Now, connect your Z1 with your computer; use the USB cable for establishing the mentioned connection.

Place the files from desktop on your phone’s SD card.

Remove the USB cable and turn off your smartphone.
